Flexible Cancellation Policy - Book with Confidence!

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve made our cancellation policy as flexible as possible.

Standard Bookings: Cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days before your arrival for a full refund (minus bank charges).
Hi-Season Bookings (Dec 17–Jan 2): Provide at least 15 days' notice, and we’ll refund your full deposit minus a two-night cancellation fee.

Flexible Payment Terms

Book with peace of mind! We require just 30% of the total booking amount at the time of reservation, with the balance due closer to your arrival. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). Please note that the cardholder must present the same credit card at check-in for security purposes.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

We want you to feel at home as soon as you arrive! If possible, we offer early check-in at noon or late check-out at 1 PM—free of charge, subject to availability. Just let us know your arrival and departure times, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Damage Waiver for Peace of Mind

We offer a Damage Deposit Waiver Fee to cover accidental damages up to $1,000 during your stay. This non-refundable fee protects you from unexpected costs for unintentional damage, provided it’s reported before check-out. The fee is included in the final payment, and any damages exceeding this coverage or caused by intentional acts will incur additional charges. (Please note: this waiver does not cover intentional damage or violation of property rules.)
